Dr. Marie Noland

Board Certified, and Double Fellowship-Trained Plastic Surgeon

Dr. Marie Noland believes that plastic surgery is not about changing who you are—it’s about helping you feel more at home in your body. Her approach is defined by empathy, craftsmanship, and considered care—built for women seeking quiet confidence, natural results, and an experience rooted in trust and clarity.

Born in St. Petersburg—a city known for its classical beauty and creative soul—Dr. Noland immigrated to Canada as a young girl. Raised in a family of healthcare professionals, caregiving surrounded her. But it was her own creative drive that shaped how she would one day practice it.

From an early age, she was a maker: sketching, sewing, sculpting, photographing. She trained in ballet and theatre, developing an intuitive understanding of movement, anatomy, and form. Creativity wasn’t a hobby—it was her lens for seeing the world. Medicine gave that creativity purpose.

Dr. Marie Noland specializes in a broad range of plastic surgery procedures in Surrey, BC, including breast augmentationbreast liftabdominoplasty, and liposuction. She is dedicated to creating balanced, natural looking plastic surgery results that reflect each patient’s aesthetic vision.

“I didn’t feel I had to choose between art and medicine. Plastic surgery let me live in both—precisely, intentionally, and with care.”

A Path Guided by Curiosity, Discipline, and Design

Dr. Noland earned both her undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of Ottawa. She then completed a Plastic Surgery Residency at Dalhousie University, while also earning a Master’s in Education at Harvard University.

Her time at Harvard was transformative—an experience that deepened her understanding of innovation, communication, leadership, and human-centered design. Through cross-disciplinary projects and passion-driven exploration, she learned how to integrate ideas from business, healthcare, and education—skills that now shape how she collaborates with patients and leads within her field.

She continued her training in Aesthetic and Reconstructive Breast Surgery through fellowships at the University of British Columbia and the University of Toronto.

Her clinical work has spanned both academic and community hospitals, and her surgical process reflects that same depth: technical excellence, thoughtful pacing, and a deep respect for each patient’s lived experience.

What Sets Her Apart

Dr. Noland isn’t a high-volume, high-pressure surgeon. She’s deeply committed to slowing down—to listening closely, planning carefully, and honoring each patient’s goals with clarity and warmth.

She specializes in:

“I see a lot of women who’ve spent years caring for others. They’re not looking for perfection. They’re looking for reconnection—with the person they remember, and the person they’ve quietly become.”

As a mother of two energetic boys, Dr. Noland understands the layered realities of modern womanhood—juggling ambition, caregiving, and self. Her husband, also a surgeon, shares that rhythm of long days and focused care. Their home is full of movement, curiosity, and a lot of laughter.

That lived experience shapes how she shows up for her patients—with empathy, efficiency, and deep respect for the time and courage it takes to prioritize yourself.

Many of her patients come to her not because they want to look different, but because they want to feel like themselves again—more aligned, more empowered, and more at ease in their own skin.

A Thoughtful Plastic Surgery Experience

Dr. Noland’s consultations are known for being calm, collaborative, and informative. She takes the time to explain your options clearly, to build comfort and confidence long before any procedure. Her results are subtle, sculptural, and balanced—always designed to look and feel like you.

If you’re seeking refined plastic surgery care with emotional intelligence and artistic precision, Dr. Noland welcomes you.

This is a space to feel seen, understood, and supported. Let’s begin the conversation.
